This week marks a momentous occasion. Not one single editor here at The Falcoholic picked the Falcons to win. This shocking development, of course, is because the Falcons have a bye.
Also, these picks are going up later than usual because Dave Choate didn’t get his picks in until this morning. But we all did pick New England to beat the Buccaneers, and that turned out to be a solid call. It was close, and we all love to see the Patriots lose, but it’s better for the Falcons right now that the Bucs lost.
As a matter of fact, we’re unanimous on every single pick this week. Boring! That means that no matter what happens today, the rankings are going to stay the same. Matt Chambers remains on top with a 19-7 record. Dave is in second at 18-8. Kenny Jackson, Kevin Knight and I are all tied for third at 16-10, and David Walker is the Saints of this editorial team and is in last place at 15-11.
