With Greg Olsen injured, the Carolina Panthers traded away top target Kelvin Benjamin

The Panthers are committed to... making weird moves. This should make Sunday’s game just a bit easier.

The Atlanta Falcons have a lot less to worry about on Sunday against the 5-2 Carolina Panthers. With the playoffs easily in reach, the Panthers traded away their top wide receiver.

I have no idea what they are doing.

This move leaves Devin Funchess (who?) as the team’s top wide receiver. Cam Newton is having a pretty unremarkable season, and he now has one less guy to make plays. After Funchess, there are literally only three wide receivers left on the roster: Curtis Samuel (rookie), Kaelin Clay, and Russell Shepard.

Well, I’m sure they got a ton in exchange.

Whoops, that’s not much for a former first-rounder. I’m gonna log this in right behind paying Matt Kalil $55 million to be a terrible tackle. Sunday could be a blood bath.
