Atlanta Falcons talk: Will the defense start picking up turnovers against Miami?

It’s about time.

Earlier, we discussed the team’s new emphasis on turnovers after snagging just two over the first four weeks of the season. Now let’s turn the discussion to the important question of whether that is going to happen or not, specifically against Miami.

There’s a couple of reasons to believe the answer is going to be yes. One is that Jay Cutler is never shy about throwing into tight coverage, regardless of how ill-advised it might be, and the Falcons don’t exactly lack defensive playmakers. The second is that Atlanta is rested and pretty healthy on defense, and they have their marching orders to seek ball, get ball. That’s a recipe for success when you’re trying to come out of a dry spell.

Will the Falcons get some turnovers against Miami? Once you’ve weighed in, use this as your open thread for the night.
