NFC & AFC Championship Game schedule

Are you ready for some Falcons? And Packers? And Patriots? And Steelers?

There are but four teams left in the postseason now, and they are indisputably four of the best teams from this year. Nobody snuck in here that didn’t deserve to be here, and that includes our Atlanta Falcons (!), who are here for just the fourth time.

On the AFC side, it’s two familiar teams. The Patriots have been the most successful team in the NFL over the past 15 or so years, while the Steelers are one of the all-time most successful teams and have won a couple of Super Bowls in that same span. On the NFC side, it’s the Packers, who are also one of the NFL’s marquee franchises, and the Falcons, who as we know have a shot at their first Super Bowl victory ever. There’s four very good offenses in the mix here and one solid defense, so no matter who moves on, it should be an entertaining Super Bowl.

Here’s a brief look at the schedule for Sunday’s game. Two days to go, everyone!

Sunday, Jan. 22

NFC Championship: Green Bay Packers vs. Atlanta Falcons, 3:05 p.m., FOX

AFC Championship: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New England Patriots, 6:40 p.m., CBS
