Falcons vs. Seahawks 2016 Playoffs: Who to watch in Divisional showdown

Both teams look really fast and physical.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Atlanta will look to get its first win in the postseason in the Dan Quinn era this afternoon.

Here's who we think could help them achieve just that.

Matt Ryan, Quarterback

While the Falcons' fanbase regards Matt Ryan a clutch performer, the rest of America doesn't see it the same way. Nationally, Matt is seen as someone who can't deliver on the big stage, and this weekend will give the nine-year veteran a chance to bolster his legacy.  Since the injury of Earl Thomas, the Seahawks pass defense has struggled, so watch for Ryan to have a good day through the air.

Deion Jones, LB / Keanu Neal, SS

It's been a home run of a draft outcome for Thomas Dimitroff and Dan Quinn in 2016. Rookies Keanu Neal and Deion Jones lead all rookies in tackles and have given the Falcons' defense a quickness that they've lacked in year's past. The Seahawks run game found life against a Lions defense that struggled to swarm and the ball carrier down -- these two rookies are a different look.

Taylor Gabriel, Wide Receiver

It's been talked about all week how different the Seahawks' secondary is without Earl Thomas, and it's not just hot air. Taylor Gabriel could prove to be the "x-factor" for the Falcons on Saturday with his deep threat ability combined with the recent struggles of the Legion of Boom.
