The Atlanta Falcons have “finalized” their 53 man roster, and now that we know the full list of cuts, it’s time to consider what this team is actually going to look like when they hit the field.
A note up front: You shouldn’t consider this a truly final roster, because it’s unlikely that the Falcons carry only four cornerbacks into the regular season, and other team’s cuts could very well wind up on this roster over the next week or so. For now, though, this is what we’re working with, and you’ll soon hear from The Falcoholic staff about whether we consider this to be a good roster or not.
For the purposes of combining the roster and depth chart, here’s the full 53 man, plus a very rough projected set of starters and reserves. We’ll see how close to reality this in when the Falcons play the Buccaneers in Week 1.
