Falcons vs. Saints 2016: Who to watch in the famous rivalry

Who you should be keeping an eye on against the hated Saints.

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Atlanta has a chance to snag a clear lead in the NFC South versus the Saints. Here's who to watch when the Falcons take the field.

Keanu Neal, Safety

Neal will be making his regular season debut this Monday night. He's still kind of a question mark, though, only seeing around 40 snaps in the preseason before being out with an injury. Tonight will be a tough test against Drew Brees, and will also be a good indicator of how well he's recovered from knee surgery.

Mohamed Sanu, Wide Receiver

Julio Jones is supposedly good to go, but you have to think they'll try and keep him limited to some extent. Sanu had a very good showing against the Buccaneers in week one but was quiet in last week's victory against the Raiders. He should have a better game this week given the defensive matchup and Julio's possible limitations.

Austin Hooper, Tight End

Despite having only three catches last week, Hooper proved he can be an explosive option for the passing attack. Tamme is still the clear-cut starter, but Austin's performance should give Ryan confidence in throwing his way going forward.
