The FalcFans Podcast: The outrage has already begun

The new episode recaps Sunday's loss against Tampa Bay, which includes evaluating Dan Quinn's faults, tackling issues, offensive line's status, and more.

Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

Unlike the previous two seasons, there isn’t much optimism following opening weekend. The FalcFans podcast reviews Atlanta’s loss to Tampa Bay and questions Dan Quinn’s personnel decisions.

The Falcoholic’s and Bleacher Report’s Charles McDonald joins Falcfans’ Aaron Freeman and I to break down Sunday’s disappointment. We are dumbfounded by the Falcons inability to generate any sort of pass rush or tackle in the open field. The offensive line is criticized as well, as they were pushed around at the line of scrimmage. There is praise for Mohamed Sanu, Tevin Coleman, and Kemal Ishmael. We also get into Robert Alford’s rollercoaster game, rookie linebackers’ performance, and Matt Ryan’s difficult situation.
