The Falcons played a disappointing first game two days ago, but in the NFL, you can never stop and linger on a bad performance for too long. The next opponent awaits, and in this case, it’s both an interesting young team and a West Coast road game, which promises to make the game a challenge.
The Oakland Raiders just edged out the Saints on Sunday by a single point, thanks to a long missed field goal. Oakland showed flashes of being the tremendous young team many feel they’ll be sooner than later, but they also were absolutely torched by Drew Brees and company, as New Orleans put up over 500 yards. If Atlanta’s offense can get rolling they may be able to outgun the Raiders, in other words, but that Raiders offense could easily outperform Tampa Bay, especially after Jameis Winston had a pretty shaky first half.
Here’s what you’ll need to know to keep up with the game Sunday.
Atlanta Falcons - Oakland Raiders Week 2
What: Falcons (0-1) vs. Raiders (1-0)
When: Sunday, September 18 at 4:25 p.m. EST
Where: O.co Coliseum, Oakland, California

Radio: 92.9 the Game
Key Questions: Can the Falcons hold a talented, young Oakland offense in check? Will Mohamed Sanu and Julio Jones be healthy for the game? Will the ground game be able to get going against the Raiders’ front seven? Will the Falcons be able to play turnover-free football again?
