The Atlanta Falcons are definitely short on speed outside of Julio Jones. Don't expect that to change anytime soon because they are signing guys who are barely in the league anymore.
Falcons are signing WR Lance Moore, per source.

At 5-foot-9, 187-pounds, the 32-year old wide receiver is at least a few years away from being an effective pass catcher. He had two underwhelming seasons since he was cut by the New Orleans Saints, taking a short pit stop with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Lions.
As this point in his career, Moore is closer to Nick Williams than a true answer to wide receiver depth. The move doesn't make much sense unless the team wants him as a camp body that could maybe push for the 5th wide receiver spot. However, his age makes him very unlikely to stick on the roster. He lacks any developmental upside and is not known for playing special teams.
On the positive side, the Falcons still signed Dwight Freeney! That guy can actually still play football.
