Who will be the next round of cuts for the Falcons?

Predicting what lies ahead as the Falcons cut down to a 75 man roster.

Just a few short days ago, I predicted the first 15 Falcons cuts, and I got three of them right and two wrong thus far. As a reminder, here was my list, with FB Will Ratelle and G Jordan Walsh winding up being the two (relatively) unexpected cuts.

CB Devonte Johnson
CB Jordan Sefon
CB Ryan White
DE Efe Obada
DT Cory Johnson
G Michael Huey
G Collin Rahrig
LB Matt Wells
RB Cyrus Gray
S Damian Parms
TE Josh Perkins
TE Arthur Lynch
WR David Glidden
WR Corey Washington
WR Jordan Leslie

Now that we’ve seen five come in, the question is, who is next? It seems obvious that with the injury to Keanu Neal, Damian Parms will stick around, especially given that he got some legitimate run against the Dolphins. Josh Perkins was someone I haven’t taken extremely seriously for a roster spot or even practice squad spot, but he has been impressive, and he’s probably going to at least make it through this first batch of cuts.

With that in mind, and knowing that the running back battle may come down to the last week, here’s an updated list of predicted cuts. Note: I can’t count. I predicted one more cut than the Falcons actually needed to make, so my bad.
