The Atlanta Falcons sorely missed Keanu Neal Thursday night, if for no other reason than that his habit of playing aggressive and delivering bone-jarring hits would’ve been fun to see. Thankfully, we should be seeing him (and others) again real soon.
Quinn assumes Ishmael will be back on Sunday. Expects Neal and Toilolo to be back in some fashion.

Neal’s return gives me hope that he’ll be ready for the second preseason game, though the Falcons obviously could be (and should be, if necessary) cautious with their potential young star. With Kemal Ishmael also banged up, though, they may need him.
In general, it sounds like the Falcons aren’t in dire straits with any of their players, which is nice. We’ll certainly hope they can keep the good, relatively injury-free times rolling throughout preseason.
