Well, the New Orleans Saints are struggling with the "Reply All" function of email, sending their planned roster moves to 31 other NFL teams. Those electronic mail messages sure are tricky. The New Orleans Saints are reportedly sending their roster claims to the rest of the NFL, and not the league office.
As @caplannfl noted, Saints sent email to entire league instead of just NFL office, notifying waiver claim for Connor Shaw. Clerical error.

This is almost as embarrassing as when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Bills were pulled into a weird prank phone call a few years ago.
Some July 1 NFL intrigue. Saints (accidentally?) leaked they were putting waiver claim in for Connor Shaw. Bears jump in and get him first.

The Bears eventually got Shaw, probably in part because they knew there was a market for the former Browns QB. The Saints have been dealing with an aging Drew Brees, an angry/insane Rob Ryan angry he was fired, and a pretty quiet free agency. Now they can't even shuffle the bottom of their roster without announcing it to the rest of the league.
