File this one under “close call” and “aging Falcons fans five years apiece.”
Falcons WR Julio Jones expected back at practice after first-day tweak https://t.co/nhu57nRHon

Jones left practice after it was widely reported that he came up hobbling a bit, but it appears to have been a first day tweak, which is not unusual for guys returning to the practice field after the offseason, but takes on outsized importance when the guy in question is one of the best wide receivers in football. The good news is that it appears Jones will be back at practice tomorrow, likely taking it just a little bit easy to avoid further tweaks, and should be systems go moving forward.
If this is the worst injury scare we get all summer, I could certainly live with that, so let’s hope it is.
