Jalen Collins did not make a positive impression on fans and analysts in his first year in the NFL, and he's not off to a great start in 2016 after earning a four game suspension.
Falcons CB Jalen Collins suspended for first four games of 2016.

Here's a quote from that article, albeit a terse one.
We are disappointed to hear the news regarding Jalen today. I have already spoken to Jalen about this, and I have no doubt this will be something that he will learn from.
We have no clue what Collins used, but whatever it was clearly violated league policy, and with no indication that Collins plans to appeal, I'm guessing he's just going to serve this one out. We'll hopefully know more in the coming days about what exactly happened here. The Falcons are down to exactly three established cornerbacks with Desmond Trufant, Robert Alford, and Akeem King (and he's not all that established) on the roster.
The Falcons will now have to go out and add a cornerback or two to the roster, in all likelihood, to take Collins' spot. The second year pro, meanwhile, is off to a horrendous start to his career and will have to make his remaining 12 games in 2016 very good ones if he wants to avoid an early bust label.
