Falcons Draft 2016: Talking top prospects, draft day scenarios, and much more on the podcast

New, comments

It's nearly draft time, and we're chatting about it.

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

We are less than a week away from the start of the NFL Draft, and we'll be talking about it pretty much incessantly from here on out. Buckle up!

Your podcast host Aaron Freeman of FalcFans fame welcomes two guests to the show, which is broadcasting for the last time before the 2016 NFL Draft, which kicks off next Thursday. The first guest is The Draft Wire's Jonah Tuls, and the duo break down Falcons' draft targets, some of the top prospects in the class, and why this is a relatively weak tight end class.

The second guest is familiar to those of you who enjoy a good Thomas Dimitroff impression...because it's me! Aaron and I talk about the uncertainty surrounding this year's first round target, why Reggie Ragland might be underrated, which round(s) the team might trade down in, and whether Devin Hester and Tyson Jackson will be riding off into the sunset if the Falcons draft players that can do what they do well.

It's a great listen, so slap on a pair of headphones and get to it. I demand it.
