The Falcons had Ted Larsen in for a visit and let him leave. Whether they were interested in signing him or later or not is now moot, because he'll apparently be a Chicago Bear shortly.
The expectation is that the #Bears will be signing former #AZCardinals G/C Ted Larsen, source said.

Larsen was expected to play guard for Atlanta if he signed, and would likely have competed for the starting right guard gig with the likes of Mike Person, James Stone, and perhaps Tom Compton. As it stands now, the Falcons will have to decide whether they want to bring back Chris Chester, roll on with what they have, or toss a draft pick into the mix. There are no fantastic options, but with Jake Matthews, Alex Mack, and (hopefully) Ryan Schraeder on the line, whoever's playing guard just has to be average for this line to be look pretty damn good heading into 2016.
See ya, Ted Larsen.
