I set up this tracker to remind myself that any day now, there might be a signing, and that signing would give us something to write about and be excited about for a short time, and that would in turn prevent us from descending further in the stupor that the offseason brings. Even a small signing would bring us some measure of joy, unless that signing was Roman Harper, since nobody here seems all that fond of Roman Harper. Alas, I do not have high hopes for today.
