Falcons are bringing in Chris Long for a visit today. Atlanta's produced the fewest sacks in the NFL over the last three years

Long, 30, put up three sacks in 12 games with five starts a season ago, with just one sack in six games back in 2014. In both cases, he was hurt and clearly limited, because he played all 16 games in every previous season and put up 50.5 sacks in six seasons. If he could regain his form at all, he would obviously be an asset for a Falcons team still searching for an increased pass rushing punch.
It's an obvious risk, though, because you simply don't know if Long is washed up at 30 or if he'll rebound. If the money's reasonable and the deal is short, I think it's a gamble worth taking, and it would add to a defensive line that now features Vic Beasley, Derrick Shelby, Adrian Clayborn, and some very promising young defensive tackles. Oh, and Tyson Jackson.
