Every week isn’t a must-win, but every game the rest of the way certainly has that flavor. That’s definitely true of this game against the Rams, which is one of the easiest remaining on the schedule, regardless of the circumstances surrounding it.
With the Buccaneers breathing down their necks and always tough games against the Panthers and Saints still to come, Atlanta badly needs to take care of business these next two weeks so they can absorb a loss in an NFC South game, if it comes to that. They’ll be without Mohamed Sanu and possibly without both Jake Matthews and Julio Jones, hurting the offense, and they’ll need to figure out a way to get back on track defensively to ensure a victory. Thankfully, Los Angeles is beset by internal strife and just plain lousy at football this season, so this is eminently winnable.
Here’s what you need to know for Sunday’s game.
