The Falcoholic Podcast Episode 8: Reliving the ugly loss to the Chiefs

As painful as it is to relive an ugly Falcons loss, it’s part of the job description here at The Falcoholic. DW, Jeanna and Kevin Knight got together to do just that in this week’s podcast, wondering what the heck happened with Matt Ryan and praying to God that Julio, Jake and Sanu are all ok.

The conversation started off on an interesting note, lamenting the “get back in the kitchen” mentality of many male sports fans in response to females in sports. DW had a particularly harsh take on what these “men” can do with their opinions.

The group talks about the Chiefs game and the concerning injuries to several starters. We also talked about the losses by the Saints and Panthers (lol) and the Bucs being tied with us for the division lead.

Looking ahead to the Rams game on Sunday, there’s some fear over their defense, but the group seems mostly optimistic that the Falcons will bounce back with a win. And if they don’t, they don’t deserve to win the division anyhow.
