The Atlanta Falcons haven’t played their best football of late, with a nice win against the Arizona Cardinals sandwiched between two rough losses to the Eagles and Chiefs. They’ll want to get back on track for a playoff push, and their first obstacle comes in the form of the Los Angeles Rams. There have been, uh, more intimidating obstacles throughout human history, to put the nicest possible spin on things.
The Rams have lost their last three games by a combined score of 89-41, showing an alarming inability to stop quality offenses and virtually no ability to keep up with those same offenses. This team is on its way to another 7-9 finish (or worse) unless they get their act together in a hurry, and while being at home certainly doesn’t hurt them, Atlanta’s a tough draw regardless.
As you get ready for what will hopefully mark the Falcons’ eighth win of the season, here is what you need to know.
