The Atlanta Falcons offense is unquestionably much more versatile and unpredictable than it was this time last year. Even so, the prospect of playing without wide receiver extraordinaire Julio Jones is downright frightening. That's why we're all on the edge of our seats anytime Julio's health is called into question.
Watching Julio fall on his back yesterday trying to execute an acrobatic catch was unnerving. Then again, a lot of what Julio does is unnerving. But lucky for us he tends to bounce back quickly and it appears he's doing just that. Even with a short week Julio took part in practice today, playing through whatever ailed him yesterday.
Quinn said Julio Jones came through fine today, only Falcons to not practice today were Coleman and Freeney.

This is encouraging news. He was "limited" with what is being described by the team as a knee injury. The team is saying that he's likely to play on Thursday night. Put differently, Julio is a little banged up, but he's going to play through it. What else is new?
