Marquand Manuel followed Dan Quinn to serve as the Atlanta Falcons' secondary coach, and he could already earn himself a promotion — with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

There's a bit of familiarity between Manuel and Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley. Manuel got his start as a coach in the league with the Seattle Seahawks in 2012 as a special teams assistant — Bradley's fourth season as the Seahawks' defensive coordinator.
The former NFL safety's departure would be an unneeded blow to the Falcons' coaching staff. Here's hoping the team can retain him.
