The Falcons go into 2016 with a few tough calls. Assuming Thomas Dimitroff survives the next few days, almost all of those tough calls come on the roster side, where the Falcons will have to mull whether they should cut ties with some expensive and unproductive veterans.
From a free agency perspective, there's a handful of starters who may not be back, but the Falcons aren't exactly bleeding top-end players if they don't bring most of this list back. You'll see what I mean.

TE D.J. Tialavea

I think you'll see Ricardo Allen, Paul Worrilow, Ryan Schraeder, and Nate Stupar back, without question. From the unrestricted list, I wouldn't be surprised to see Chris Chester, Kroy Biermann, O'Brien Schofield, and Gino Gradkowski return, while Adrian Clayborn is a guy I view as a coin flip. The moves that will determine this team's future success aren't coming here, though.
