The Atlanta Falcons have four players representing them at the Pro Bowl today, and they're doing a great job of making the experience accessible to fans. While the game itself isn't usually terribly interesting, it's fun to keep up with the players as they prepare.
Devonta Freeman was a Pro Bowl captain, and he probably had something to do with the fact that all three of his Pro Bowl teammates also ended up on Team Irvin. Freeman is joined by wide receiver Julio Jones, fullback Patrick DiMarco and cornerback Desmond Trufant.
Freeman and DiMarco have been pretty active on Twitter, tweeting about the experience. The Falcons have also had DiMarco and the Atlanta Falcons cheerleader who is representing the squad in Hawaii, Sydney, take over their Snapchat account for a day, which provides a fun inside view of what preparation for the Pro Bowl is like.
Julio Jones was mic'd up for Thursday's practice. You don't want to miss that.
University of Georgia fans will especially enjoy that Todd Gurley appears to have become great friends with Freeman and the other Falcons at the Pro Bowl. He's made some cameos on the Falcons' Snapchat story and in other photos and videos.
