There isn't a ton of competition for this honor, but at least the winner truly deserves it. Jonathan Babineaux is the greatest Falcon to don #95.
Babineaux was a 2nd round pick out of the 2005 NFL Draft, a year that also brought us the greatest Falcon to wear #84. And while he doesn't have the Pro Bowl invitations or All-Pro selections to show for it, Babs is, and has consistently been, one of the better players in the league. With 323 tackles and 24.5 sacks over his 10 year career, he isn't a player that you'll consider one of the greats, but rather a player that was annually a solid part of the defense and contributed every single snap.
Even at 33 years old, he is still considered a core part of the Falcons defense and is a leader on and off the field for other players.
His legacy will continue in 2015 under a new coaching staff and defensive identity.
Thoughts or favorite memories of #95? I can think of one, myself.
