Optimism runs wild on our Falcons podcast this week

New, comment

With the season looming, we're all actually feeling pretty good about this team. Oh no, what is happening to us?

With the season looming and cuts happening all around them, the FalcFans/Falcoholic podcast crew are feeling pretty good about what's ahead.

Aaron Freeman of FalcFans.com and Allen Strk of this very website break down the roster cuts we've seen to this point, the roster battles that will wrap up this week, and what lies ahead for this football team. The first guest up is David Schiele of Pro Football Spot and DBN Fanatics, who joins the crew for a breakdown of the Dolphins game, the possibility of signing Jake Long, and what it was like to go to high school with Randy Gregory (!)

They're also joined by some jerk who runs The Falcoholic, who cracks a couple of terrible jokes and talks about his own expectations for the season ahead. You might want to listen to that if you like guys with New England accents who can't formulate complete sentences, and if you enjoy hearing all three of our takes on Levine Toilolo, Terron Ward, and many others.

Only a short time left until the regular season, everyone. Expect great weekly breakdowns from this crew throughout the season ahead!
