Falcons vs. Titans 2015: Game time, TV schedule, live online stream, odds, announcers and more

It's the Atlanta Falcons against the Tennessee Titans at 7 p.m. at the Georgia Dome tonight, as both teams kick off the first week of preseason.

Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

No one's going to mistake the first preseason game with the electric, high-stakes atmosphere of Week 1 of the regular season. When you haven't seen an actual Falcons football game since December, however, this will do quite nicely.

The Titans bring rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota, an underrated defense and a young corps of running backs to bear against the Falcons, who will get to test out their new look pass rusher against a mobile passer. Their offense will have to look out for Jurrell Casey on the interior, where the Falcons' offensive line is still unsettled, and we'll get to see just how good the depth is on both sides of the ball.

The Falcons are likely to be down a few players tonight, including running backs Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman. That's an opportunity for the rest of the backs on the roster to shine and prove they deserve a spot on this team, at least, but it would be nice to see the presumptive starters getting some run. We'll have to soldier on.
