The Falcons are still tinkering with their roster ahead of Friday night's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Falcons re-sign CB Michael Lee and waived/injured NT Ricky Hemuli

It's good to see Lee coming back. The 24-year-old was waived just last week in favor of nose tackle Derrick Hopkins, but he'll get a second shot to impress in a crowded secondary, and can at least hopefully put some preseason game tape on his resume if he can't crack the Falcons roster. He'll need to leapfrog Dezmen Southward, Akeem King, and impressive rookie corner Jonathon Mincey to do so, but at least now he's getting another shot.
Havili-Heimuli was a holdover from a year ago as a potential backup option for Paul Soliai. With Joey Mbu and the recently-signed Hopkins running ahead of him, the writing was on the wall. We wish him well at his next stop.
Thoughts on these moves?
