EA Sports revealed the Madden NFL 16 team ratings for the Atlanta Falcons and the rest of the NFC South.
Here's how things shake out within the division:
Panthers: 80
Saints: 78
Falcons: 77
Buccaneers: 74
Ratings for some of the Falcons' offensive players were also unveiled: Matt Ryan (90 overall), Julio Jones (94 overall), Roddy White (84 overall), Leonard Hankerson (76 overall), Devonta Freeman (75 overall) and Tevin Coleman (74 overall).
And on defense: Vic Beasley (77 overall), Desmond Trufant (90 overall) and Justin Durant (84 overall).
A 77 overall rating seems accurate for a team that finished 6-10 last season and is shrouded in a bit of uncertainty with several new faces among coaches and players.
The Saints being rated higher than the Falcons is a tad confusing, particularly when you take into consideration the fact Atlanta swept them last season. They're also without Jimmy Graham, who was traded away to the Seattle Seahawks.
What do you think the Falcons should've been rated?
