There's a lot riding on the Falcons' draft results this year. The Falcons hold the eighth overall pick, and with a lot of needs on defense and a draft class filled with pass rushers, many expect the team to address this need high in the first round.
Dan Quinn and Thomas Dimitroff will be available to the Atlanta media on Friday at 1:00 p.m. for a pre-draft press conference, and there's no doubt that many questions will be asked about the team's plans to shore up the pass rush. You may be curious about the extent of Quinn's input into draft-day decisions, and you may want to know what input, if any, assistant coaches will have.
Really, with a new head coach and the subtle restructuring of front office responsibilities this offseason, there are a lot of things people may want to know about how the Falcons are approaching this year's draft. I'll be on site for the press conference, and as always, while I can't ask every question our readers submit, I encourage you to share your questions in the comments, and I'll do my best to work in some of them.
Also, bear in mind that the team won't answer questions that would reveal anything too terribly specific about their draft strategy or draft board, as it would be unwise to make that information available to other teams.
What do you want to know about the team's approach to the draft this year? Share your questions for Quinn and Dimitroff in the comments.
