Dan Quinn has commemorated his new role with the Falcons by creating a Twitter account. Quinn's Twitter handle is @FalconsDQ, and Jay Adams, the voice of authority when it comes to the veracity of Twitter accounts associated with Falcons players and personnel, has confirmed its legitimacy.
Quinn's excitement about getting started in Atlanta is palpable.

This is clearly a new era for the Falcons, and it will be fun to follow along on Twitter as Quinn navigates the transition to a head coaching role with a new team. Yes, there could be negatives associated with Quinn's Twitter presence. I'm sure there will be many, many, many suggestions on how he could do his job more effectively, and there's no shortage of aggressive Saints fans out there. However, Quinn is clearly very excited to be in Atlanta and ready to meet the challenges associated with this transition head on, and it's nice that he's willing to share at least some of that with fans.
