Right guard Chris Chester was the only Falcons player held out of Wednesday's practice. Chester has a shoulder injury and has been listed on the injury report for a few weeks, but it hasn't caused him to miss any time on Sundays. We'll keep an eye on Chester's status throughout the week.
Return specialist Devin Hester (toe), defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (shoulder), left tackle Jake Matthews (back) and nose tackle Paul Soliai (calf) were all limited in Wednesday's practice.
Starting middle linebacker Paul Worrilow, who was physically unable to play against the Jaguars in Week 15 as he continued to recover from a knee injury, did return to practice on Wednesday in a limited capacity. Nate Stupar started in Worrilow's place on Sunday and played very well. Barring a setback, I would expect Worrilow to be ready to take the field agains the Panthers on Sunday, but I wouldn't mind seeing Stupar get additional playing time.
