William Moore started today's practice working with the athletic performance staff on a side field, and Leonard Hankerson joined him toward the end of the portion of practice that is open to the media. After practice, Dan Quinn confirmed to the media that both Moore and Hankerson will be unable to play against the Bucs and have been ruled out for Sunday's game.
Wide receiver Nick Williams also started practice with the athletic performance staff, but presumably was given the all clear to return to his position group. Williams remained limited in the portion of practice we observed, but he did participate some. Quinn said the coaching staff was pleased with Williams' progress and that they'll see how he feels tomorrow. Williams' status will be a game-time decision. He is officially listed as questionable on the team's injury report.
Defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux, who has a back injury, was limited in today's practice, but his status for Sunday's game is probable. O'Brien Schofield, who has been on the injury report this week with a knee injury, practiced fully today and is also listed as probable for Sunday's game.
Discuss the injuries and their potential impact on Sunday's game in the comments.
