The Atlanta Falcons are smarting from a rough Thursday Night Football loss to the Saints, while the Titans are 1-4 and trying desperately to salvage their season. Something's gotta give on Sunday.
I've noted this throughout the week, but I think the Falcons are the obvious favorites in this game. They've had ten days off to rest and sort through the issues that have been plaguing them on offense and defense, Justin Durant and Mike Person will hopefully be healthy enough to play, and the Saints loss had some truly fluky plays we shouldn't see from Tennessee. The Titans, meanwhile, are motivated as hell and have solid players on their team, but they're likely down Marcus Mariota, a starting center, and simply aren't as good of a football team as the Falcons (yet).
Weird things happen in the NFL, though, as the last game attests. Let's hope the Falcons are ready to kick some Titans butt, and let's review the game information below.
