How Should The Falcons Fix Their Pass Rushing Problem?

in the wake of Friday's post regarding the Falcon's top five needs, I thought we'd tackle each need with a plan to solve it. We're fixers like that.

Today's topic is the top need on most of our lists, which is the pass rush. The team has been woeful when rushing the passer for the better part of the last several seasons, and the last two seasons in particular, they've been downright horrendous. Turning this pass rush into a league average one or better probably isn't the kind of thing that's going to happen overnight, but the Falcons can and hopefully will make real strides in 2015.

How? There's a strong class of pass rushers who could potentially hit the market, headlined by Kansas City's Justin Houston. There are several pass rushers expected to go in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft. And giving more snaps to young players with some semblance of pass rushing ability might go a long way, as well.

I now turn it over to you for discussion. How would you fix the pass rush?
