Matt Ryan Breaks Franchise Touchdown Pass Record Against Saints

Ryan eclipsed Steve Bartkowski, one of the franchise's greats.

Matt Ryan can add another franchise record to his mantle. His one yard touchdown strike to tight end Levine Toilolo gave him the Falcons' record for touchdown passes thrown.

Ryan came into the game with 153, just one off the mark set by Steve Bartkowski. With his early touchdown pass to Roddy White and the one just a few minutes ago, he now has 155, good for the all-time record. Chances are he'll only the record by a mile once his career is over.

Ryan, of course, already holds the franchise passing yards and passer rating marks, as well.

The Falcons are now behind the Saints by just three points and Ryan looks phenomenal out there. Congratulations on setting that record, Matt Ryan!
