The Falcons have an easier matchup this week after a nightmare fantasy week against the Cincinnati Bengals, so you'll want to adjust your lineups accordingly.

Who should you start and sit? Our advice is below.

Start

QB Matt Ryan: Despite a distinctly mediocre-to-terrible fantasy week last week, you'll want to roll with Matt Ryan this week. He's at home in the Dome against a defense likely to be missing its best player and its starting middle linebacker, and the Falcons will be looking to get back on track in a big way. Add in the possibility of Jake Matthews returning and this is potentially a very favorable matchup for Ryan.

RB Steven Jackson: The Falcons aren't going to stop giving Jackson the bulk of the carries, and those runs up the gut may actually be productive this week with Gerald McCoy and Mason Foster out or limited. I expect him to break out of his two game scoring drought here unless the Falcons sputter out at the goal line.

Please don't let that happen, Falcons.

WR Julio Jones: Jones had a quieter week in real life a week ago, but he remains a clear-cut #1 fantasy receiver and a must-play every week. He should gouge the Buccaneers this week, reasonably productive secondary be damned.

TE Levine Toilolo: He's entirely scoring-dependent, but I think he'll have an opportunity to haul in a touchdown pass. Use him two tight end leagues or as a flex if you don't have better options.

Falcons Defense: Am I insane? Yes, probably. But if the most productive defenses in your league are gone and you're left sifting through mediocre options, bear in mind that the Falcons are facing Josh McCown and a Lovie Smith-run offense on a short rest. I'm not promising you a great performance, but they can work in a pinch.

Editor's Note: SB Nation's partner FanDuel is hosting a $350,000 Fantasy Football Contest for Week 3's NFL games. It's only $10 to join and first place wins $30,000. Starts Sunday, September 21st at 1pm ET. Here's the link.

RBs Jacquizz Rodgers and Devonta Freeman: Rodgers has scoring weeks in him and he can be productive, but we're talking about 40 yards and a score unless Jackson gets hurt, which isn't enough to play in all but the deepest leagues. Freeman will get his carries, but until we see his usage increase, he's not a recommended fantasy play at all.

WR Roddy White: White's dealing with a hamstring injury and had a quiet game against Cincinnati. He'll play, but he may not be 100%, so I'd recommend finding other options.

WRs Harry Douglas and Devin Hester: Desperation plays, only. After Week 1 it looked like these guys could be at least decent Flex options week-to-week, but they're going to disappear at times, and you don't want to be left holding the bag.

Who are you playing from the Falcons this week?
