Falcoholic Fantasy Football: Readers' Choice!

New, comments

The Falcoholic will not be offering writer-commissioned leagues this season, but we encourage readers to set up their own leagues for fun, friendly competition.

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

We've been getting quite a few questions about fantasy football recently, which makes sense, as we're entering the home stretch for fantasy drafts. This season we won't be facilitating writer-commissioned leagues, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy fantasy football with your fellow Falcoholics.

We encourage you to set up your own leagues with fellow readers, and please use the comments section here to discuss that and gather all the information you need to get rolling.

While you're at it, let's discuss what Falcons you're considering for your fantasy roster. Matt Ryan will probably not be one of the most coveted quarterbacks, but will likely be pretty consistently productive and reliable. Roddy White and Julio Jones are good options. Are you considering any of the Falcons' running backs? What about the defense? In leagues that feature an individual defensive player on the roster, Paul Worrilow might be a good bet. Those tackles add up quickly in terms of points. Would you consider the Falcons' defense and special teams collectively for your roster?

Good luck this season, fantasy Falcoholics!
