The Falcons return to preseason football against the Tennessee Titans on Saturday night, thankfully from the comfort of the Georgia Dome. After the 32-7 drubbing they took last week in Texas, there's little question the Falcons will want a better showing in arguably the most crucial preseason game.
Look for Atlanta to leave their starters in for a few drives in this one, and possibly even the first half. This will also be the team's last opportunity to look over the roster in live game action before the cutdown to 75. That means a few players firmly on the bubble—think Terren Jones, Tramaine Thompson, Sean Baker—can hold on a little longer if they impress tomorrow night.
Let's hope for a more watchable game, one free of injuries for both teams.
