Everyone has a favorite undrafted sleeper, and for quite a few Falcons fans, that guy is Jacob Pedersen.
Part of that has to do with the very real need at tight end, where nothing short of Levine Toilolo tearing the NFL asunder will convince us that the position is less than a need. Yet there's still much to recommend Pedersen, a sure-handed player who may just need seasoning to become a valuable backup.
For those who like Pedersen or just want to learn more about some of the undrafted free agents looking to make the final roster, this interview from SB Nation's Wisconsin blog Bucky's 5th Quarter should be a good listen. You'll hear Pedersen talk about life with the Falcons thus far.
