Report: Delmas to Visit Falcons

The former Lions safety is drawing some interest from teams around the league.

From Jason La Canfora:

The Broncos also want to give Delmas a workout. Hey, they were just in the Super Bowl! Maybe this is a better idea than we thought.

When healthy, Delmas is a hard hitting safety that plays with a little bit of reckless abandon and attitude, something that we all love and appreciate from William Moore but sorely lack from Thomas De****.

Delmas is only 26 (Will turn 27 in April) so this could be another low risk, high reward signing if the Falcons choose to do so and he's affordable. Signing Delmas all but eliminates the chance of signing a guy like Jairus Byrd or T.J. Ward, so take that how you will.

Your thoughts on the Falcons working out Delmas and do you think the Falcons will (or should) try and get Ward or Byrd even if they sign Delmas?
