The Atlanta Falcons need their health during this stretch run. With it, they can win the division and possibly make a run in the playoffs. Without it, this season may end on a low note.
Friday's injury report is always a good indication of who will play on Sunday. At this point, as you know, Robert Alford is out. But it's not clear if the Falcons will be without Julio Jones and William Moore.
Falcons coach Mike Smith reiterated that there will be game-time decisions on the status of both players. The only player ruled out was cornerback Robert Alford, who continues to recover from a broken wrist.
The Falcons are also dealing with injuries to their starting guards, their 2nd/3rd receivers, one of their best run defenders, and Stansly "I'll Eat Your Face" Maponga. In short, it looks like week 15 out there. It's just that time of year, and while I accept that, it'd sure be nice to catch a break with Jones and Moore.
