According to the unofficial depth chart on AtlantaFalcons.com, Ryan Schraeder has earned the starting right tackle role.
Schraeder, an undrafted free agent out of Valdosta State University, is in his second season in the league. Schraeder played in nine games in 2013, and started at right tackle in the final three weeks of last season. Schraeder has seen time in five games this season, and started against the Lions in week eight. Schraeder's Pro Football Focus grade for week eight against the Lions was +0.1. He had a +1.1 in pass blocking, a -0.2 in run blocking, and allowed one hurry in that game.
Gabe Carimi is now listed as the backup at both right and left tackle, with Cameron Bradfield behind him at left tackle and Jonathan Scott behind him at right tackle.
On defense, it's noteworthy that Prince Shembo is still listed as a starting inside linebacker ahead of Joplo Bartu. It will be interesting to see if Shembo actually gets the start this week.
