The Falcons look surprisingly healthy for the first time in awhile, with the biggest news from the official site being wide receivers Devin Hester (ankle) and Harry Douglas (foot) returned to a limited practice. That sounds like a pretty good sign that both will play on Sunday against a decimated Carolina Panthers.
Also of note, guard Justin Blalock (foot) and Jonathan Massaquoi (foot) were both limited. Offensive lineman Jonathan Scott (hamstring) missed his fifth practice in a row.
No word if Massaquoi sprained his foot walking between the bench and the water station. Beat that joke for an instant rec, it should not be difficult.
