The Atlanta Falcons will coach the North squad in the 2014 Senior Bowl, giving them a chance to work directly with some of the nation's top prospects.
With Senior Bowl week being Jan. 20-25, I'm sure the Falcons want to have their offensive and defensive line coaches in place before then.

I'm eager to see what the Falcons think of guys like defensive tackle Ra'Shede Hageman and versatile linebacker/defensive end Kyle Van Noy, among others. There are some legitimately good players, and we know the Falcons love them some seniors. It's also a good opportunity for these seniors to work directly with an NFL coaching staff, albeit one that has some new line coaches to install over the next couple of weeks.
It's worth noting that the last time the Falcons coached a Senior Bowl was 2008. They wound up drafting four players from that Senior Bowl:

I'm sure some of you will cringe at that list of players, but for better or worse, three of them have played six straight seasons with the team. I think we'd be happy to have that happen again, assuming this year's crop plays well.
Thoughts on the Falcons coaching the Senior Bowl?
