Koetter took over the offense last year and saw a subtle improvement. The Falcons didn't take any massive steps forward in their per-game or season rankings, but what they did do was use their personnel more effectively than before. With Steven Jackson on board and Julio Jones entering his third year, he has to like what he has to work with in 2013.
