There are a lot of good players on the Falcons' roster. The receiving trio of Tony Gonzalez, Roddy White, and Julio Jones is second-to-none. Matt Ryan was a top five quarterback in 2012. Sean Payton has nightmares about Vicodin withdrawal our running back corps. You get the point.
It's not an easy task to pick a most overrated Falcon. That's because Thomas Dimitroff is a good GM. Even so, I have a few nominees in mind. Peria Jerry isn't a bad back up, but you usually expect your first round draft picks to start. Harry Douglas always seems to be right on the cusp of breaking out, then he doesn't. And Justin Blalock, while capable, probably isn't worth his contract.
Now it's your turn. Pick your most overrated Falcon and make his case in the comments. Be gentle though, because at the end of the day, these are Falcons we're talking about. Ready? Set? Go!
