The Falcons are going to need to wait until after June 1 to sign all their rookies, more than likely, but at least they've got one in the fold.
Safety Kemal Ishmael, one of the team's seventh round compensatory picks, is the first Falcon to sign. According to D. Orlando Ledbetter, it's a four-year contract:
The #Falcons have reached an agreement with seventh-round draft pick free safety Kemal Ishmael from Central Florida. Terms undisclosed.

Ishmael was a productive college player, and while he may not have the best measurables in the world, his instincts are good. He should be able to stick as a special teamer and backup safety, with the (unlikely) potential to be something more than that. The Falcons could use the depth.
Welcome aboard, Kemal "Call Me" Ishmael!
